You can choose quotes of HTML attributes from:
- Double quotes:
<div class="foo">
- Single quotes:
<div class='foo'>
- No quotes:
<div class=foo>
This rule enforces the quotes style of HTML attributes.

This rule reports the quotes of attributes if it is different to configured quotes.
